# About Cawley Digital

A UK studio that installs one thing well: the system that turns a local search
into a phone call. There is no office full of account managers — there is Will.

Cawley Digital is a sole trader established in the United Kingdom, trading from
Dene House, Dene Lane, Farnham GU10 3PW.

## Who you deal with

Founder-led. Will Cawley builds the site, wires up the system and answers the
phone. Clients work with him directly rather than through an account manager,
which is possible because he runs 3 builds at a time.

We serve local businesses across the United Kingdom — plumbers, electricians,
roofers, garages, dentists, salons, care homes, vets, builders. Not enterprise,
not ecommerce platforms, not apps.

## We build it first

We build a real, working version of the new website, send the live link, and you
react to something concrete. You pay once you love it. If you do not, you walk
away and it costs nothing.

The studio started in 2026 and has built 61 sites, listed at
<https://cawleydigital.com/built>, every one of them live as this is written. Read that number carefully: most of those
businesses are not clients. Each site was built first and shown to the owner
afterwards — the same offer, done at scale.

## The website is the front door, not the product

The product is the loop behind it: someone searches, finds you, calls. If you
miss the call the system texts them back in seconds. The job books, a review
gets requested, your rating climbs — and the next search finds you first.

## What we will not do

- **Review gating.** Routing happy customers to Google while intercepting unhappy ones is against Google's policy and UK consumer law. Every customer gets the same request.
- **Invented numbers.** We do not publish ratings, review counts or testimonials we cannot evidence. The before/after slider on the homepage is a fictional illustration and is labelled as one.
- **Retainers you cannot leave.**
