# How it works: we build your website before you pay

Backwards from how most studios do it: the website exists before you owe
anything.

## 01 — See your front door first

Tell us your trade and town. We build a real, working version of your new
website — the front door of the system — and send you the live link. No deposit,
no contract, no risk.

## 02 — We install the system behind it

Love it? We go live and wire in the engine: review requests, missed-call
text-back, AI-search visibility, call tracking. You do not touch a thing.

## 03 — It runs. You answer the phone.

Reviews climb, missed calls come back as booked jobs, and a monthly report shows
exactly what the system earned you. Cancel any time — it has to keep proving
itself.

## How long does it take, and how many clients do you take on at once?

- **Live preview link: within 48 hours of the call.** The first draft is generated, not drawn from scratch, so this is days rather than weeks.
- **From approval to live: about a week**, including content back-and-forth, pointing the domain, and wiring in review requests and missed-call text-back.
- **3 builds run at a time.** Founder-led, so a fourth would get worse work. If all 3 are running we say so and give a date rather than starting badly.
- The slowest parts are usually the ones waiting on the client: Google Business Profile access, and photos of real work.

## What do you need from me to build the website?

Your trade and your town to start; that is genuinely enough to build the first
version. After that: photos of real work if you have them, your Google Business
Profile access, and an hour of your attention somewhere in the first fortnight.

You never touch code, hosting, DNS or settings.
