Backwards from how most studios do it: the website exists before you owe anything. Here is the whole order of events, including the parts that are your job rather than ours.
01 See your front door first
Tell us your trade and town. We build a real, working version of your new website — the front door of the system — and send you the live link. No deposit, no contract, no risk.
02 We install the system behind it
Love it? We go live and wire in the engine: review requests, missed-call text-back, AI-search visibility, call tracking. You don't touch a thing.
03 It runs. You answer the phone.
Reviews climb, missed calls come back as booked jobs, and a monthly report shows exactly what the system earned you. Cancel any time — it has to keep proving itself.
How long it takes, and how many we take on
You see the live preview link within 48 hours of the call. The first draft of the site is generated rather than drawn from scratch, which is why this is days and not weeks — the time after that is a person working on it, not a queue.
From your yes to live is about a week, including the content back-and-forth, pointing the domain, and wiring in review requests and missed-call text-back. The parts that take longest are usually the ones waiting on you: your Google Business Profile access, and photos of real work.
We run 3 builds at a time. Not a scarcity tactic — it is one person doing the building, so the 4th would get worse work. If all 3 are running when you get in touch we will tell you that and give you a date, rather than starting yours badly.
What we need from you
Your trade and your town to start — that is genuinely enough to build the first version. After that: photos of real work if you have them, your Google Business Profile access, and an hour of your attention somewhere in the first fortnight. That is the entire ask.
You never touch code, hosting, DNS or settings. If something technical needs doing, it is our job, permanently.
